Order Cancellations: A Flexible Window
We get it—minds can change! Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible in the early stages of your order.

Within 12 Hours (Full Refund): If you need to cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours of placing it, we can provide a full, no-questions-asked refund.

Within 24 Hours: As we move quickly to get your order ready, a small 10% processing fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours to cover the initial work we’ve done.

Within 72 Hours: At this stage, your unique piece is actively being packaged. For cancellations within 72 hours, a 30% fee is needed to cover the materials and labor already dedicated to your project.

Once Shipped: When your order is packaged and on its way to you, we are unable to cancel it.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
For our in-stock products, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery.
Preparing for a Return:
To ensure a smooth process and allow the item to find a new home, we ask that all returned products meet the following conditions:

Our Refund Promise:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
In some situations, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied to cover the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and processing the return. Similarly, if an item is returned with minor damage, a small repair fee may be applied to help restore it to its beautiful, original condition.

Features like knots, natural cracks, and variations in grain or color are not flaws—they are the signature of authentic, natural materials that add to the charm and story of your furniture.
As part of the hand-crafting process, minor indentations or processing marks may be present. These are normal and are a testament to the human touch involved in creating your piece. These natural and handcrafted characteristics are not considered defects under our return policy.
