At Resyn Labs, we take great care in ensuring your handcrafted furniture arrives safely and efficiently. We've partnered with trusted carriers and developed a clear process to get your order from our workshop to your home.
Order Processing & Timeline
It's important to understand the two stages of getting your order to you:

Processing Time (Approx. 1 Week): This is the time we need to prepare, and custom-pack your order for shipment. We begin processing all orders within one business day.

Shipping Time (Variable): This is the time it takes for our shipping partners to transport your order to you. This varies based on your location and the shipping method used but is generally between 3-5 business days.
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event of a delay in our processing, we will contact you immediately with an updated timeline.
How We Ship Your Order
To provide the best balance of safety, speed, and value, our shipping methods are tailored to the size of your items.

For Smaller Items (e.g., Table Legs): These are shipped via trusted parcel services like UPS and will be delivered directly to your door.

For Large & Heavy Items (e.g., Tabletops): To ensure maximum protection, these items are carefully packaged and shipped via a specialized freight trucking service.
Our Delivery Services & Options
We offer several delivery options based on your location and preference.

Standard Freight (Terminal Pickup): To offer the most economical shipping rate, our standard service for large items is delivery to the freight terminal nearest your address. You will be notified by the freight company when your order is ready for you to pick up. This method significantly reduces shipping costs, and we pass those savings directly on to you. (Note: You will need a suitable vehicle, like a truck or large SUV, to pick up your tabletop from the terminal.)

Premium Delivery Upgrades (Door-to-Door): If you prefer the convenience of having your large items delivered directly to your location, we are happy to arrange it! We offer curbside and in-home delivery options for an additional charge. Please contact us at sales@resynlabs.com for a personalized quote.
Shipping Costs & Regions

Contiguous United States: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on most orders within the contiguous U.S. All customs duties and taxes for these orders are covered by us. (Exclusions may apply to certain remote locations).

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Oregon & Canada: For these locations, an additional remote area delivery fee will apply. For a fast and accurate quote, please contact our support team at support@resynlabs.com with your desired items and shipping address.

International Shipping: We proudly ship worldwide! For a quote on international shipping costs and estimated delivery times, please email us at sales@resynlabs.com. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country.

Expedited Shipping: Need your order faster? Contact us at sales@resynlabs.com for an expedited shipping quote. We'll provide options based on your items and location, typically within one business day.
Receiving Your Delivery: IMPORTANT STEPS
To protect your purchase, it is crucial to inspect your order upon arrival.

For All Deliveries: Before the driver leaves, please inspect the exterior of the packaging for any signs of significant damage (e.g., large holes, crushed corners, broken crate).

If You See Damage:

Make a Note: Write "Damaged" on the delivery receipt (also called the Bill of Lading or BOL) before signing for the item. Be specific if you can (e.g., "Crate corner crushed"). This is essential for filing a claim.

Take Photos: Quickly take clear pictures of the damaged packaging.

Accept the Shipment: You should still accept the delivery unless the item is completely destroyed. Damage to the crate does not always mean the item inside is damaged.

Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 48 hours by sending the photos and a description of the issue to support@resynlabs.com. We will investigate and resolve the matter for you.
If you sign for a freight shipment without noting damage, we lose the ability to file a claim with the carrier, and we cannot be held responsible for any damages.
